Prayer.

Heavenly Father, Great Mother
You are our perfection,
The sun rises and falls in your hands
You are the beginning
And you are the end of all things.

Our praise this day and every day
Comes from our open hearts
That reach for you like flowers reach for the sun.

You are what we yearn for,
What we ache for
What we desire in the deepest caverns
Of our lives.

You walk before us
And clear us a path thought our sorrow.
You walk behind us
And lift us when we fall.

You speak with us as angels in the small hours
Of the morning, when our fears and hopes
Won't let us sleep.
You comfort us,
A hand upon our own trembling hand.

We reach for you in our daily lives
We hold your power inside us, and we are illuminated
And nurtured,
Even in the belly of the darkest night.
Your love is infinite,
Your patience is infinite,
When all else turn away
You are still standing there.

My heart
Is open
And blossoms under your gentle care.
I have hope, I have courage, I have the treasures of the world
While I stand in the center of your awareness
And your power.

Bless us please,
With the knowledge of your deepest thoughts
And keep us in your great arms
As we sleep safe under raging stars.

And let us love you
With our fallible, imperfect
But persistently honest
Human love.
